Default Wedssport TC105X fitment question...

Hi everyone!

I'm planning to get some Wedssport TC105X wheels for my daily driven AP1 S2000. The wheel arches have already been rolled and the rear tabs relocated by the previous owner. I'm planning to stay staggered to keep the factory handling bias and I don't want any rubbing or issues on tight turning. What's the recommended fitment for this kind of setup? Should the front offset be slightly less than the front? Or is the same okay?

Front:
- 17 x 8 +42
- 17 x 8 +49
- 17 x 8.5 +43

Rear:
- 17 x 9 +49
- 17 x 9.5 +45

I was thinking either:
- Front 17 x 8 +42 and Rear 17 x 9 +49
- Front 17 x 8 +49 and Rear 17 x 9 +49
- Front 17 x 8.5 +43 and Rear 17 x 9.5 +45

Or I could just give up on TC 105X's and get some Mita Motorsport wheels in staggered specs specifically for the S2000.

Thanks for your educated opinions!
Taz.

Since your fenders are already rolled you can fit all of those combos pretty easy. My preference would be for a slight tire stretch to firm up the side wall. Id go with the F 8.5/ R 9.5 setup. Do 225/255 stagger. Depending on the brand, some 255s run super wide and still look pinched on a 9.5. On my 17x9.5s the Hankook RS4s looked slightly stretched however my new Falken RT660s run super wide and the shoulders are nice and squared up on the 9.5s. Add some camber too just to help with clearance, performance, and appearance. Maybe -2.0* all around.

The only thing I'd note is that depending on ride height the wheel poke might still look a little silly. At stock height the +45 ish offsets tend to visually stick outside of the fender a bit with the combination of the lower offsets and all that wheel gap. Higher offsets look more natural at stock height because they "hide" under the fender arches a bit better however you can go low offset since you have a fender roll. This visual discrepancy is not as big of a deal as you lower the car since the wheel gap shrinks and the wheel actually tucks inside a bit with the natural swing arc of the suspension.

I like the 3rd option as well since it allows for the widest tires and to maximize them. The 17x9.5 rears may need a little more camber to fit but are doable.

Just FYI I have a set of perfect condition TC 105X 17x9 +49 in circuit black that I'm about to list for sale. They are 1 year old, maybe 500 miles on them. PM me if you're interested.
