What is hubcentric?

Thanks for the link, now I understand it a little more.
There seems to be three type of centre bore support.
1)The wheel has a hole that fits and supporst the hub exactly.(Hubcentric)
2)The wheel uses a forged centering ring which is another alternative to 1.(hubcentric)
3)The wheel just uses it's lug nuts to support its weight.
(lugcentric)
From King's website,the Mugen MF10 is "Mugen's original design achieves a good center hub fit and is Mugen's standard". So I guess that it falls under option 1. Does that mean the center cap that Mugen offer is only for cosmetic purposes since the wheel is already hubcentric?

Note: S2000 Front and Rear hub OD's are not the same diameter.

I just measured the rear oem wheel center opening and it seems to be larger than the center ring of the mounting point and the same diameter of the Spoon. If correct, the Honda oem wheels are "lugcentric"!
