Default what would look better?

i am running NSX wheels on my S and am currently running 255/40/17 on the rear wheels and 205/55/16 on the fronts.

in my opinion the front looks way too tall and doofy.

would changing to my 225/50/16 in the front make a noticeable difference?

i already have the tires and can mount/balance at my job.

-Nick.

ps. the fronts are 16x7 btw.

by tall and doofy, do u mean the fronts are too thin in terms of width?

if yes, then yeah, it'll seem less tall because it'll be wider.

would anyone besides you notice? probably not.

you would most likely change your handling, additional oversteer most likely, but that really depends on what tires you are replacing it with.

the sidewall height just looks a little ridiculous compared to the rear, thats all.

i know it will never look the same since the wheel size is different but would the 225/50 have a shorter sidewall?

You could buy another set and run 4 rears. That's what I did

That's what I wanted to do but it is very costly.

Currently running 205/50/16 and 245/40/17 but i'm replacing my fronts with bridgestone re-01r 225/50/16 and going with sumitomo htrz3 255/40/17 in the back.

Right now the car understeers heavily so I'm hoping the bigger size up front (and tire choice) will help.
