what's the difference between SSR GT1 and Phatom GT1??

what's the difference between SSR GT1 and Phatom GT1??
they both look the same, phantom is just the immitation, my friend told me they're cheap, and not worth buying, so can you guys enlighten me the difference?? or is it just brand name?? thanks.

The SSR wheel is forged aluminum and very light and strong. I am not sure on the other wheel. There is no relationship between the two different wheels.
