Default Whats up with Multi-Drill?

Found some pretty nice Volk's from a company that is selling them used. These are version 3 wheels and i think they are discontinued. The description is 5Hx114.3 @ 17x7.5 +45 17x8.5 +45 4Hx114.3 Multi Drill. whats up with this? I called the company and they said that the multi drill will fit a 4 or 5 lug pattern. is this true? i called america's tire company and they said it wont fit the S. I have a stock 03 by the way. Anyone familiar with this? thanks-david

the bolt pattern fits the S, but the offsets are on the aggressive side...as for the nine holes, that means the wheels is a dual fitment and can fit on cars with a 4x114.3 or cars with a 5x114.3. Also, you might want to check on the bore of the hub to see if it will fit the S.

Just checked with the company selling them. They said the hub is larger than the s2000 fitment. So i guess they will work. These are located in San Fran. and i am in los angeles. so obviously i want them shipped. Is there anything else i should worry about fitment-wise? theres a 20% restocking fee so i dont want to be wrong on this? also what tire size should i run? thanks guys

Just because they are "Multi-Drill" doesn't mean that they're for your bolt pattern. In fact, if it's multi drill it's either two 4 lug patterns or two 5 lug patterns, not one 4 and one 5.

I wouldn't buy them, I'd bet you money they don't fit. The only way you can know is if they have a PCD measurement tool. Have them take pictures of the readout, if they even have one.

Its either going to be a 4x100 or 4x114.4. bolt pattern.

there are some wheels w/ 9 holes, which means 1 4 lug and 1 5 lug...

AP2 is correct. it is a 9 hole wheel. the website has pics. i will post them up soon when theyre site is back up (its down). Earlier today, i went to Tire Pros and asked the guy at the counter if they would fit and showed him the website. He said they would but only about 3 lugs would really be holding the wheel in. He said if i drive the car light to moderate than i would be fine. Im bone stock , except an exhaust (which probably doesnt add any HP). Wish the website was working so i can post pics and get feedback and opinions. Hopefully the pics arent save-proof.

Only 3 lugs? Wtf kind of tire place are you going to? If the wheel is drilled for 5x114.3 then all 5 lugs will screw in place. Yes there are wheels that have 9 holes and yes those wheels will fit.

getting the wheels from rbmotoring?

Here is a pic of the Multi-Drill. Will this fit without any problems?
