Default Wheel fitment

Hey guys n girls,

i have posed up a few things about wheels in the past. i have now changed my mind.

I currently have a stock body set up and the car is on KW V3 shox.

i am thinking of rolling my guards front and rear and also flare the rear slightly.

i want to run 17x9 with 255 all round.

i am not sure of offset??????

also not sure if i should run a 9inch wide or 8.5 inch.... i deff want to run 255's.

any help appreciated.

whaat offsets on rear? +55?

any rim and tyre experts around?? lol

cheers

IM running 17x9 + 35 square with 255 re-11 and love it. rolled fronts and rears w/ tab relocation w/ 3 deg. camber square and your fine.

if you want to be safe just run +45, car will look flush, not aggressive and you can run 255 easily.

Most people that run for example the RPF-1s in a square setup use the 17x9 +45 with 255s. The +45 will give you the flush look and depending on the tires that you are running (Summer, All Season, etc) will be the amount of camber needed once you pull and relocate the bumper tab. I personally and running a staggered setup with 17x9 +45 in the rear with a 255/40 and Im at about -3.1 camber. I am running all seasons which doesnt have as much of a square setup on the tires as your summer tires so I could adjust my camber back slight about a degree and be fine. I am running 17x8 +40 in the fronts with 215 tires with plenty of room with a roll and pull.

Try this to figure your tire sizing: Will They Fit
