considering RPF1's
Howdy,
I'm thinking about getting some Enkei RPF1's for my AP2. One of the stickies noted that the minimum F/R offsets were 53/50. The 17 inch wheel I am interested in has offsets of 48/45 f/r. My question is, does everything still work right with the low offset? What do I need to do here? And what if I want to run a 225/255 tire...is that possible on this wheel?

48 offset is a 8" rim? You're fine on the front. Run 225's and a little more than -1 deg of camber, and you should be fine. 255's for the rear, roll, relocate tab, and run ~-2.5 degrees. Im at that and still occasionally rub on my bumper tab, but i didnt cut enough of it.
I'm always seeing these types of questions with a bunch of answers on what fits and what doesn't without any mention on rim width. Are you talking about the 8" +45 offest wheels from Tire Rack or the 9" +45 from other site vendors (I'm referring to rear wheels)? One will stick out more than the other even with the same offsets.

Yep, I should have mentioned the widths I wanted to run. It was indeed the 8" rear. I'm actually now trying to find some used/reconditioned AP2 v1 wheels... does anyone know of a decent source? Looking online seems only to yield what might be knock-offs for about $180 per wheel.
