Default Wheel fitment

I found some TE37's that were on an EVO, and thought that the spec's weren't TOO ridiculous compared to what other people run, wouldn't this be similar to 17x9+40 as far as width goes? These are going to be DD/street rims, if they weren't so cheap I wouldn't even consider it haha.

so can anyone tell me what is needed to run 18x8.5 +28 all the way around?
I wanted the rear tires to be 245/40/18, and 225/45/18 in the front.

Would some camber + rolled fenders be enough? I'm mainly concerned about the front as I've seen rear's fit some wheels that I would never dream of putting on.

Those wheels would need different fenders and the tires are too tall.

Even with -3 camber and rolling fenders won't fit +28 offset. I don't know if you can fit them but one thing I know for sure is that you better be prepare to do A LOT OF WORK and spend extra $$$$ to get those run nicely.
