Default wheel handling issues

hi, i'm currently in the market for new wheels since someone hit and run my car and damaged my fender and bent my oem ap1 rims..

i came across
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=636167

it's a 18x8" SSR GT2 with 225/40/18 ...

it's not staggered.... and the rear wheels seem abit too narrow cuz i noticed the usual fitment is 8.5". i'm planning to put 245 tires at the back and 225 front.

will i have any handling issues? (i'll be taking the car for an alignment)
would i be better off waiting for something else?

thanks..

If you stagger the tires like you mention you should be fine.
