Default WHEEL HELP

I know this has probably been asked 1000000000 times. But I cant find it on my phone so Im hoping there is someone who will answer my question. I just picked up some 17x9 rpf1s. My VOLKS were 17x7.5 in the front. I have stock supsension, will I need to roll, cut or pull the fenders in front to get the tires to fit?

Guessing 9+45? Should be ok without any fender mods on stock suspension. Though low offset wheels tend to exaggerate the stock wheel gap. Not a look I'd go for.

Tire sizes?
