Default Wheel size bore confirmation

Well, I've been looking for a new set of wheels and have come across a set of R32 GT-R wheels 16x8 et30 that I was hoping to put on my S. I did some research and found out that their hub bore size is 66.1, whereas our is 70.3 for the fronts. Would it be possible for me the bore out the hub to fit the s2000? Has anyone done this before ( I think I've seen ti done with a lot of oem rear wheels). I know I can fit the rears on there with a hubcentric ring (since our cars are 64 in the rear), but was curious about the fronts. Also, what did a machine shop charge you to do this? What are the consequences of boring something out 4.2mm? Would I have trouble balancing the wheel? Thanks in advance and I apologize for the bombardment of questions, I just wanted to make they could potentially work since I'm getting them for cheap .
The thing I'm worried about is destroying the structural integrity of the wheels by boring them out,I just wouldn't want them to break!

I bought bbs rs2s back in December and had the fronts bored out from 60 to 70.3mm and haven't had any problems. close to about 8k miles. the guy charged me $60 a wheel which is obviously expensive, but he was an independent machinest and I didn't mind supporting his work. he had them done the next day and it was all good
