I would like to ask if it is possible to mount spacers behind the disc?

The currently installed wheel setup is the following Volk Ce28n 17x7,5 ET43 Spoon Brake Pumps + 5mm spacer.

The purpose of mounting the spacer behind the disc will be to avoid hassles at the Inspection and other inspection entities, so that the Spoon pump does not touch the wheels

 

No. That would put the disc out of the line of the caliper where it needs to be. You'd have to space out the caliper an equal amount. That'll get you back to where you started in terms of wheel clearance. There's no purpose to doing this, even if you could.
