If you want integrated extended lugs with all the needed hardware, that's about what they will cost.

Actually I might be getting asm rear over fenders so if I do that I'm going to scratch the idea of 10mm spacers. What mm spacers would it take to be flush with the asm rear over fenders?

Well considering ASM overfenders are +25mm, then I'd say 30mm spacers since that's the widest I personally know of. The effective offset of your wheels would be 9j +20.

The hub centric ebay ones with pressed in studs work fine

I have the 17mm built in stud spacers. It's the ichiba brand on ebay. I've been using them for a few years now without any issues, I auto-x, daily, and spiritly drive my S. Cost was $100 for a set of two
