Default Wheel and tire Experts needed

Guys,

I have been thinking of selling my present wheels and tires and get a new set of Enkei RPF and Falken Tires. Currently i have Drag DR35 17x7.5 +45 all around with 215/45 and 245/40 Yokohama Tires.

I am lowered on Buddy Club Coils with fenders rolled. The vertical distance from ground to my car fender is about 24inches, so you can say im almost slammed.

As i love the stance on my car, i DO NOT want to raise my car.

so here is the question, what size wheels and tires should i get to get an amazing look

I have been told, i should get 17x8.5 +45 with 225/45 tires in front and 17x9.5 +45 255/40 tires in the rear. This offset talk makes me go crazy and i dont get it. Therefore i need you guys to help me chose the right size for my car.

Secondly, i have a Rio Yellow s2k. What color wheels will look good on it. I have two options

1) Black wheels with Black Lugs
2) Silver wheels with Yellow Lugs

I really appreciate your honest opinions and time..

thank you

As far as which color goes that is personal prefrence. The wheel sizes you mention are really going to take some fender modification to make them work. If I can help with the wheels let me know.

Id go with a 17x8 +45 and 17x9 +45, not 17x8.5/9.5

Send me your quotes for 17x8 +45 and 17x9 +45 with 225/45 and 255/40 as well if you carry Enkei RPF and Tires

The set up you posted is doable. I really does depend on how slammed you are though as I don't understand your measurement for that. But anyways I currently run a 17x9 +43 front with a 245 and a 17x10 +35 rear with a 255. Fenders are rolled and pulls, tabs relocated and the alignment is set at 1.9 front 3.1 rear. I rub a tiny bit on the rear where the bumper meets but I think I can adjust that. I have about a 1 finger gap between the top of the tire and the fender arch. It takes some work but you can fit the setup you posted. Hope that helps.

My previous alignment with firestone throw it all off. All four sides are different. I'm still have some rub on the big bump. I will raise it up a little more.

you can use that but you can also certainly step up, basic setup for that offset is 225/45 front and 255/40 in rear. Is your fenders modified?
