Those are the spoon sw388
I would say they are 16x7 +35 because they fit with the spoon calipers

They're Russian wheels, Borscht Speed Specials IIRC, not sure about the green ones.

^ very possible- I have never heard of them, I will have to check them out. They also look like Evo regamasters (another Russian company)
