I think the spec given in that link only apply to none modified fenders. another word with fender roll you should be able to fit lower offset than what is stated on that link.
correct me if I am wrong guys.
side note: my offset +37 offset

im willing to roll the fenders like i did my camaro - all good to me.

i had fit 325/50/15s on her lol

Looked again this morning w a clear head (not buzzed at a bar lol) and found them 17x7.5 with +45 offset and hub at 73

Will these be what are in the pic below??

its hard to say without knowing the spec on that car above but in any case it will look very similar.

I private messaged the owner of the car i showed you a pic of. He said its 17x7.5 front and 17x8.5 rear both with a +45 offset. Close enough for me lol - I also ordered close to the same size tires (comparable to stock AP2 wheels), so I am fairly certain it will look close to this

did you get 7.5 all around?
7.5 is oem ap1 size (rear) and ap2 has 8.5. so if I was to get new wheels I would get at least 8.5 for the rears. just my 2 cent.

im willing to bet it's just a reg. set of rotas and the owner had them powdercoated. I don't see white being offer via rota on their site: http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=40

Notice that the center caps are also powdercoated as well...that's not factory.
