Even in Autocross wheel weight is PII. :) This isn't golf where we all know it's the clubs. It's really us.

What is inconsequential to one is worthwhile to another. But its a lot easier to say that than answer the question sometimes.

Just trying to save you from spending money uselessly. :) A couple ounces of wheel weight won't make a twit of difference but makes a handy excuse for slower tiny time differences. Swap cars with someone with "lighter wheels" and faster times and don't be surprised when he still beats your times while driving your "deficient" car and you driving his "better" car. Ain't our equipment it's our skills. Time to worry (and spend lots of money) on lighter wheels is when you can't get better than 2d in the national championships. Don't forget tire weights.
