For those that don't like the look of the cap, can't you just get a custom decal to cover it up?

I hardly ever run caps. Most stick out and are ugly as hell. Looks much cleaner without IMO. Unless they are the flat Volk color matched caps....those are nic!

Volk caps are typically made with silver as the base color. Some of the Volk rims (like titanium) look weird with different colored caps. People who don't like that won't use the caps.

Also, some of the weight-reduction junkies don't want them because they do have a pretty substantial weight to them, right at the center of the axles.

The flat volk caps are cool, but I don't know if rims with standard offsets will allow for them to fit on the back wheels. I think the axels will pop them out.

As stated earlier, Work does not make center caps for certain popular wheels, so to cover that oh so beautiful look of rusting hub you just spray the center with some black engine enamel, or anything else that will adhere to metal for that matter. As rijowysock said to me and I paraphrase "Its like fat chicks wearing black, it takes all the attention away from the fatness."

the RPF1 caps are hideous, and the only flat caps available fit only on the front; the rears need modification due to the nuts hitting them.

I liked my center caps, but the jackasses @ discount tire would always "pop off" my screw on Work S2R caps so it ended up destroying the threads thus making them fall off @ high speeds/canyon runs.
