Wrong wheel for a lip you gotta go with something like an HRE, Kinesis, and Fikse... By doing something like that you are going to triple what you are going to spend.

 

Well thx guys for all the help but after running around to 10 places today and making 100 calls, ive come up with 18by 9's in the back and what ever they get for me in the front. I ordered it around 4-5 days ago so im sure they can cancel and tell them to give me the 9 rather then the 8. (which he already told me he would do) I know if i want a bigger lip ill have to get different rims, but i just love the Volk gt-u. Trust me guys wait till my rim comes, ill post up some pics and it will beeeee worth it.

+38 68mm lip (needs fender shaved +major camber)

+44 62mm lip (needs fender shaved)

+50 56mm lip (would fit perfect)

 

ya ima do something with the fenders, forgot what its called, roll the fenders i guess.

 

i have these like i said they are 18x7.5 and 18x8 +50 offset
i wanted to go with a 255 on these but the widest i could go would be the 245 w/ bfg kdw2. I am gonna buy 215/40 front and 245/35 rear on my next set. I was gonna go with the 225 on the front like i have now but BFG only comes in a runflat which i would never run on these wheels. Plus runflats are very heavy and cost more.

the front wheels dont have much lip but i think the lip on the back does the job, I get compliments almost everyday on these wheels. i think these in gold would look great on your car.I hope this helps somewhat

 

Well all info helps and ya i think my car will show itself after i get the rims, Also u can hear my car commin cuz i got the invidia exhaust. All ima buy while im waiting for the rims to come is the Ap2 Front lip, and the Apr Wing. (looks like the J's Racing wing) I promise the pics will be up as soon as the rims get in.

 

 

 

I think it would be cool to "Wheel tub" your car. No problem with deep dish wheels or crazy offsets then.
