Default Will 17x9 +18 5x114.3 Rims fit without issues?

Hello all! I am contemplating on purchasing some rims that are 17x9 +18 5x114.3 all around, and I was just wondering if they would fit without any issues. Will I be able to make U-turns without rubbing? Also, what size tires should I run? Keep in mind that I have stock brakes, and my car is not slammed at all. I don't plan on rolling my fenders either.

Any help would be great! Thanks everyone!

U would need rear over fenders, and the only way the fronts would fit is if u flared the fenders and ran a 215/40 with alot of camber! a few members used that size on stock front fenders.
