Will 17x9+45 fit?
The bottom line if is you want an even semi-flush fitment on a lowered car then you will need to roll your fenders. It's up to you how much work you want to do and if you want to run staggered or non-staggered. Personally, I am running 225/45 front and 255/40 rear on the 9" +45 RFP1 and I think it is the best option for staggered fitment. I have run everything from a 225 to a 275 on a 9" wheel and honestly the 225 is hardly even a noticeable stretch. Non-staggered, you could do either 245/40 or 255/40 all around. Here is a pic, front fender tweak was due to a different wheel/tire setup:

Need to keep the offsets to +55 or higher depending on the width of the wheel together with running only a 225 up front. Any tire wider than a 225 is prone to catching the fender without a roll.
