Default Will 225/45/17 with a +38 offset fit?

Hi I'm new to the forum and have had my s2000 for 3 months now. I looking at getting another set of wheels and tires. I found some wheels pretty cheap and I wondering if they fit before I buy them. The wheels are 225/45/17 with a +38 offset. If they don't fit would wheel spacers help them clear the brakes, and fit properly?

Impossible to tell you yes or no without knowing the width of the wheel. If the plan is to run that tire size all around I will say not to waste your money as that's to narrow for the rear. Look at ap2 oem wheel specs and go from there. Also read the wheel sticky.
