I bought all four of my Rota's for the price of one Volk wheel.
BTW, You did it yourself too

quality over quantity
I'm not totally bashing Rota, they are cheap and decent but not in the ballpark of Volk or other wheel manu. similiar.. I just think knock off parts don't belong on the S2000 in general. I'm done.
If I'm doing something to break a wheel I'm guessing the Volk will have more than a little wrinkle in it too. I don't doubt the fact that Volk is better just by how much and if it's worth it to me. Personally the fact Volk is so popular makes me not want them. I drive my car daily and put a lot of miles on it. I don't want to throw $500 down the drain because I hit a pot hole or rub a curb somewhere.

Those guys quoted me an even $1000 for 17 Slipstream with Yoks ES100 if I pickup, they'r in Riverside CA - very decent price for set of lightweight 17s with good tires.
Please post if anyone can find a better deal.

I see alot of people getting aftermarket wheels for this car and only paying attention to whether or not the rim/tire combination will rub with the fenders or not. Is it just me, but wouldn't you want to pick the tire size first, THEN pick the rim that will fit? Why would you want to go with bigger wheels but keep the same size as stock tires on a set of rims that have less than ideal offsets? It seems silly to go with a weird tire size just so it can fit without rubbing on the car. I'm sure there are alot of combinations out there that physically "fit" on this car, but what about effects on handling characteristics?
