Default Will this setup understeer/oversteer more?

Let's say you are buying another set of wheels, the front is the same offset, the

rear have 10 mm less offset(read: sticking out 10mm more)

assuming the new and old rims/tires are same size and same brand), will

the"new" set up gives more oversteer or oversteer compare to the "old set up"?

? thanks!

That would increase your rear "track" by almost an inch. This would give the car more understeer (or less oversteer). You would also put more stress on the "outboard" suspension in a turn.
