What kind of fender mods? I'm an auto body tech of 6 years so I can pretty much do anything to a car. Just don't want to hack the shit out of it if I don't have to

why would you want to run 20's on a S2000? its not a Charger or 300...i would definately reconsider your choice in wheels...

Don't even try. 20's are way too big for a S2000, that rear tire diameter is oversized by 2". If you want a 285 to fit in the rear you need an offset like +70.

Sell them to someone with a Mustang or 350Z that can actually fit that on their car.

Ok thanks guys, I just considered them because they are selling for dirt cheap and I thought they looked baller.

Main reason I hit a curb this weekend in a bad storm head on and need a new set of wheels

What about some sportmax 17x9 with a 35 offset

225/45 front
245/40rear

Take some time to browse through this thread and look at the specs people are running and the work it involves: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=456737

You will need fenders rolled and possibly slightly flared/pulled in the front, rear bumper tab relocated, and some negative camber.
