Will these fit 18's?

Front = 18x8 +51, 225/40/18
Rear = 18x9 +63, 255/35/18

Will these 18's fit?

Comptech products are usually safe to go with also yes?
I'm looking to get the tires as close to or even a little inside of fenders. No protruding though.

Comptech makes great products. I trust them because they work with Honda and Acura cars only and they have a great reputation. Most people on this site would say that you need to go with coilovers for that much of a drop (or any drop for that matter), but I can't say personally. I would consider installing these on my car.

yes that will work, be careful with your front fenders though with that big of a drop.

Any suggestions no best lowering products? Stiff or rigid yes... but not bouncy or bobbling.

Will do. I think the product is adjustable so will see. Hopefully, the offset will be good enough

^^^Your offset is well within conservative

255/35 Rear

215/35 Front

You can run a 225 up front, but make negative camber is needed to run that low of a drop
