Will these fit?

these wheels came off my bros nsx and the sizes are

F 18x8 +49 215/35-18
R 18x9.5 +43 265/35-18

will they work?

If you have access to them... just throw them on and take some pictures if he's cool with it... that's the best way to know if it will fit and/or what you'll need to do to get them to fit.
