Default Will these wheels fit my S?

Hi guys

I have been running Volk TE37's on my NSX with 16x8" +40mm offset upfront.

NSX standard fronts are 16x7" +55mm offset, but the Volks are both recommended fitment and do fit just fine, however I am going BBK on the NSX and need to move up to 17" fronts.

so I was hoping I could recycle the 16's for the S whilst finding a suitable pair of rears to match.

so my question is, will these rims fit ok?

will they be out of the question, or just a tight fit?

if tight is that on the inside or the outside?

thanks for your help guys

16x8 +48 up front? What size tire are you planning on running?

Some people are running the spoon wheel up front which has an offset of 38...but I'm not sure how wide it is.

thats 16x8" with +40 offset not +48

the wheels are currently shod with 225/45/16 Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3s and are on my NSX

advice on whether I can get away with these would be appreciated - I could just jack up the NSX, get the wheels swapped onto the S and give them a try I suppose

16x8 +40 with 225 tires up front? Hm... I Never seen it done with this set up. I think it should most likely rub. Even you are running thinner profile tires.

As far as the Spoon set up. They rub unless you run 205 tires up front.
