The guy I sold my wheels to (17x9 +44 all around) is on stock suspension and he does NOT rub...not even on canyon runs. This is also dependent on the alignment settings and tire sizes (he's on 225/45/17 and 255/40/17)
Understood. Just going on my very limited personal experience. I was told just a little negative camber would "look sick" AND also alleviate any potential rear rubbing problems. Thanks!

i have lm's 18x8x5 +55 fronts (225/35/18) & 18x9.5 +50 rears (245/35/18), no rubbing up front, minor rubbing on HARD corners only
don't know if this will help but i don't think the 17x9 rears will not rub at all. expecially on stock height

P.S. im dropped maybe 2-2 1/2 inches

I was 100% set on these wheels until i looked at the weight specs. This settup is heavier then stock, ~20-21lbs, which is a huge turn off. Can you get this wheel forged or is it only cast? I may go with SSR wheels instead now for weight savings.

They came in forged (emotion CR) but not any more. You honestly won't notice a difference if all you do is drive on the street, it's not gonna ruin the car's handling and you won't lose substantial time on track (if any).

I wont be stretching the tires though

I don't even think this guy rolled the fenders? That possible I think I will need springs that drop me like 2".........

What color are those rims exactly? I'm on there site and they have two different Matt Gunmetal rims.

yeah your probably right, but even then i can only justify buying something for the car that will increase performance. Even if it is very insignificant loss, i cant justify paying this amount of money for a loss regardless of how good something looks. I want to slowly turn my s2k into a track beast BTW, i am going to eventually supercharge, suspension, etc. I bent two of my stock wheels so i figure this is as good of a time as any to upgrade. I am now thinking ssr type c for a few lbs of weight savings front and back and still put on about an inch rim width.
