You could also do 8" +47 front and 9" +44 rear with stock tires. Even though the wheels would stick out further than the 7/8 setup, the tires would be more stretched and have about the same fender clearance.
Now the 17x9 +38 is doable with a 245 but you will have to roll your fenders and run 2.5-3 degrees of camber for the to fit but it is possible. You didn't say if you are against rolling the fenders or not.

I want to keep the car looks as stock as possible. So i am not considering rolling the fenders, or altering the camber settings. I will also look for 17x8.5 wheels (from other makers) but in regards to this specific wheel my only option for the rear is 17x8.
