You can buy it from -- http://www.todaracing.com/

Or try sending a PM to Topcat7111. I know at one point he was trying to sell his work meister s1's but I didn't think there were any offers.

TodaRacing/AKT cannot get the Meister S1. They can get ther other WORK wheel line.

Your first bet would be Auto R&D: http://www.autornd.com , which is probably who JsAP1 is going to tell you. They are very helpful and it states on their site they are the exclusive importer.

You can also try SP-Engineering: http://www.sp-power.com/ In their Honda S2000 section they even have a silver car with Black Meisters pictured. They can get the Meisters for you in any of the sizes WORK makes, colors also etc.

I'll let you do your own investigations in regards to pricing, delivery times etc.

I have talked with people that got wheels from both.

Mine are on the way.

^^ I'm not speaking on behalf of SP-Engineering in regards to that.

Nor am I trying to get into an argument with you

AKH Trading: http://www.worksuperwheels.com/ and AutoRnD both claim to be the (quoted from both of their websites):

Official North American Distributor of Work Wheels.

How can that be?

I do agree with you, AutoRnD has the monicker and 'approval' I guess you can say of being (per their site):

Exclusive US Importer Of The Work Meister S1

SP Engineering has a good reputation, sells parts for Lambo's, Porsches and Ferrari's and I don't know why they would want to ruin that reputation. Per SP-Engineerings website they say (in the Terms of Sale section)

Warranty:
All merchandise sold by SP Engineering is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise.

------
They will have SOLD ME a wheel product/merchandise, if they renig on any warranty work, I have terms to sue.

:-)

^^ as an update:

i spoke directly with SP-Engineering and they straight up guarantee these are not Grey Market wheels. SP-Engineering said they get their wheels from one of the WORK Importers/Distributors in the US. Which by the way, if you visit the Japanese WORK website: http://www.work-wheels.co.jp and go into their overseas section you can find those Importers/Distributors listed as:

HRS ENTERPRISES (no website, in San Francisco: (415) 861-2181 )
AKH TRADING INC. ( www.worksuperwheels.com )
5ZIGEN U.S.A. ( www.workwheels-usa.com )
Automotive R & D ( www.autornd.com )

I'm sure SP is able to make a distribution deal with one of those companies to get the wheels. As an 'IMPORTER" you need distribution (whether that be yourself or a network of distro's and retailers) channel to sell your product.

I'll have my wheels in 2-3 more weeks, I'll let you know if I have problems.

^^ im not sure what their deal is. I called AKH personally 2 different times (about 4 months apart) and they said NO they could not get the Meister S1.

Maybe they gave 'importing' exclusivity to autoRnD, who in turn allows other distributors/retailers to sell them?

Im not sure what all the in-and-outs are with the partnerships.

I just know that:

A. AKH told me twice they couldn't get them.
B. SP-Engineering has guaranteed me they aren't grey market and they get them from an authorized importer. ( I have talked with forum members that used SP-E for the same wheels)
C. I'll have my wheels in another 2-3 weeks.
D. AutoRnD can get you the same wheels aslo.
