Default Work VS-SS 17x8 and 17x9

Hi, I found a really good deal in VS-SS work wheels. I have done some research but before I buy them I wanted to make sure they fit. The front is 17X8+47 and the rear is 17X9+47. I know that this is near the limit of what fits. The front tires are 235 45 17 and the rear are 255 40 17. My question is, will this fit? I plan to roll the fenders in the back so I think the back wont be a problem, but I think in order to fit the front I need to buy different tires maybe 215. The guy is selling me the rims or rims plus tires what should I do? Also I plan to drop the car one inch. Please help, I need to seal this deal

So front with 215/45 would work with no mods
And back with 255/40 would work with roll fenders

Would it be out of the question for me to lower the car 1 inch?
Thanks for your help

that will work if you roll the rear fenders flat, and relocate the bumper tab

Great, I am going to buy the rims and buy two 215/45 tires for the front and I am just going to put the wheels on for now. When I lower my car around xmas I will worry about relocating the tab and rolling the fenders. Hopefully it wont be to expensive in the bay area. Someone mentioned that some work wheels look small in 17, I hope they wont look too bad. Also I wonder if the gunmetal color will look good on Susuka. Any one with pictures of Susuka Blue on 17 inch VS-SS? Thanks for your help with the fitting. Thats a nice looking hardtop you got, makes it sorta look like a porshe.
