Does anyone have work miester s1 3 piece I'm looking for18x9+38 18x10+38 I heard that the s20 require high offset

Yes you need a higher offset or over fenders and wider fronts.

The closest sizings that Work offers in the Meister S1 3-Piece are:

18x9.0 +35 | 18x10.0 +35 in the (A-Disk)
18x9.0 +43 | 18x10.0 +43 in the (O-Disk)
18x9.0 +42 | 18x10.0 +42 in the (L-Disk)
18x9.0 +43 | 18x10.0 +43 in the (R-Disk)

You can get those sizings in the S1R (2-Piece) because custom offsets. But will not have the bolts on the wheels.
