would these wheels fit guys?

im looking at a set of wheels that are

17x7+48 17x8+50

would they fit fine with my stock tires swapped over?

i was also wondering if any1 knows of a a place in SoCal to refinished rims for a good price

With the sizes just stay on the narrow side for the tires. I do not know of any wheel refinnishers.
