Default Would these wheels/tires fit?

I was planning on getting 5Zigen FN01R-C wheels in the following sizes and wanted to know if they would fit well on a MY2002, lowered one inch.

Front: 17x7 wheels with 42 offset, 215-45-17 tires

Rear: 17x8 wheels with 43 offset, 245-40-17 tires

Are these offsets going to work? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Sinji. So these offsets won't cause the tires to stick out too much?

Those are going to rub, especially on a lowered S2000.
