Hey I've been looking for tires for quite some time. I read some reviews and put these up on my list along with the Dunlop star specs. With the Star Specs on back order however, I am seriously looking at these for my replacement tires. Anyone have any experience with these tires on their S2000s?

 

In testing they were impressive in the wet and good in the dry. I would say they are going to give you better tread life and wet traction than the OE tires. If you are not a real aggressive driver they will handle well for you.

Well, my S sees no rain but my Si does. I think I might get these for the Si and wait on the Dunlops for the S. Give me a week and I will call you, Jim, to order. Thanks for the input!

 

they look nice! i know someone that has them on a civic si! not sure how they ride but i wanna get them in a 225/255 set up!

 

If you are looking for 225/255, get the Advan Neovas.

 

i would but i drive too much! I'll smoke them in 10k miles! azenis will last me at least 18-20k

A little late to reply, but seeing I had a set in stock ap2 fitment i purchased to drive my car from california to ohio, i thought i would chime in. Ride is softer than stock, sidewalls flex even in simple traffic driving, so much so that my VSA light constantly comes on. Tires won't hook up in ambient temps over 80 degrees. I just went on a group drive with the ohio group through route 26 and was in constant fear of my life while driving at 7/10's. My 070's will be mounted this afternoon. S Drives would make a great tire for an Odyssey. On the plus side, they might make you a better driver, learning how to handle your S when the rear end constantly rotates uncommanded....

 

damn im glad i didnt get them! i felt the side wall on them and it is soft.

 

I use them for daily drivers in 215/245 on AP2 wheels. They are decent for daily driver tires. Just as Jim said above, "impressive in the wet and good in the dry" is what I have experienced.

The only thing that bothers me is that they ride kinda rough. My re01r's have a much smoother ride.
