Default Bumps on Tires

Hello all. The inner portion of both of my front tires have minor bumps. Their depth is even through the circumference of the tires. Does anyone know what would cause this?

I've checked the ball joints for play and they all are solid. The compliance bushings have minor surface cracks and the rest do not show any signs of being broken/loose.

I'd say the tires are cupping. Not sure if the high camber would cause that by itself but it seems like the only possible cause ? If it was an older suspension I'd say it was worn shocks but your shocks are likely fine. The tires need to be rotated to even out the cupping. Going forward you will need to rotate the tires.
