Don't quit understand where the $1000/wheel price is coming from though.. Spoon is listing these new SW388s in this size at 85,000 yen (~$750/wheel). $250/wheel shipping and handling is a bit obscene indeed.

Looks like they are making 17x9.5 +50 which is absolutely perfect for a square setup on the S2000.
How in the world is 17x9.5 +50 perfect for a square setup? I mean, if you have aftermarket fenders (eh) or wanna roll/destroy your OEM fenders (ugh), they might "fit." Fortunately, it looks like they offer proper fitting wheels. Whatever the case, the pricing is a major bummer.

Thank you Josh! some interesting fitments in there for sure. Am i reading it correctly that there is no 18x9.5 widths? hopefully someone with an MDX or BMW gets the 5x120 20" wheels soon. i wanna see that.

Ummm... because 17x9.5+47 is/was considered the 255s all around with out major major fender mods aka UNICORN FITMENT. the +50 is just 3mm safer. Andrew has that spec in two sets of wheels IIRC. i have the ce28n 9.5+47 all around. they are just an awesome fitment, pretty flush, fat tires easily, and not a lot of fender work, just a simple roll. if you have problems with rolling fenders than ok. but other people like the wheels near these specs. you don't have to. there is no debating that they fit. you just might be lazy and not wanna do the work required to have such an awesome wheel

The 20" is mainly for the new Type R. But yeah an MDX would look pretty sick with these!

If you look at adjusted inflation, the price of these wheels would be around $600 back then. So if you look at it that way, its not thaaaat bad.
