Drove around for two days until I got the tire and switched it today. The toe didn’t come back too off. It was .20 on the side shown. Still, even with .20 I don’t think the tire should wear this way on highway miles.

He also mentioned that the bushings looked in good shape and tightened the bolts extra hard. Vibrations are gone though.

While installing my coilover is messed with the rear anti roll bar endlinks, I’m not sure if I tightened them good enough, as it looked like I was turning more of the bushing with the wrench instead of the bolt.

Could I have pre-loaded the rear anti-roll bars?

Total toe is what's important, toe on one side doesn't tell us enough. What was it on the other side? Also, is that in degrees or inches? Units!

Just saw this on my inbox. I dropped off the car to the mechanic, and he sent me this when it was done. So it is .20 inches.

Are those the measurements before or after alignment? Given the symmetry of toe measurements and "perfect" 0.00 up front, I'd guess after? If so what were "before" measurements?

0.20in. total rear toe is sin-1(0.20in./24.7in) = 0.46 degrees. IMO that is way too much rear toe-in, enough to cause accelerated rear tire wear, but still surprising if rears only lasted 3000 miles...
I would run no more than half that rear toe, 0.20 degrees or 0.09in. total rear toe-in, for tire life and for better and more predictable handling.

Toe in was .20 on the one side when I brought the car in. They were originally set to .14 or 0.28 inches total. I’m bringing the car in again today, for some reason the wheel is pulling to the left today.

0.20 inches on one side, what was it on the other side? If other side was still 0.14 inches, that's 0.34 inches total, or 0.79 degrees. That's a lot! Tire wear doesn't surprise me with that much toe.

I would have them cut your rear toe in half or even more. 0.20 inches or 0.46 degrees will definitely give you poor rear tire life and less-than-ideal handling characteristics...

Roughly 8-9mm rear total toe is your problem. Been there before when Honda aligned the car. I guess the tech figured more is better. 10mm being max I think

I agree with this statement.. i have 8k miles on mine, rears are at 5/32 in the middle and 3/32 on the edgesand i drive very normally on highways but spirited around town. I would expect to probably get another 3-4k miles out of them.
