I'm running 9.5 +35 in the fronts with Spoon fenders, and 10.5 +35 in the rear with ASM overfenders....
About -1.8
Don't quote me on that though... need to do an alignment.

for the ASM front & ASM rear over fenders, how would 17x9 +22 squared with a 255 tire fit?

A guy ran 17x9 +22 rear. IIRC, he had to shave the inner ASM fender and run -3.5 or -4 camber. Thats why i think mid to high 30s is ideal.

Oops, I stand corrected. It should be doable as well. For some reason I thought he posted it was difficult to fit. Nochigo

sorry to butt in on this thread but new to the S , I just got a 2007 with 30,000 klm's hardtop included W with red and B interior and want to keep it stock . I have been reading all you guy's write here with interest and wondered if I can run 17 x 10 x 275 without any modifications to suspension or body as you mentioned "stock body fits 10" wide wheels and 275 tires just fine" also which would I run on profile 35 or 40 maybe neither ? Would I run same size wheel and tire front and back . Any input much appreciated . Roshton

You can run up to a 10.5"/285/30/18 in the rear without touching the fenders as long as you get the offset right, which is +70-72. Its always about the offset. Just the wheel width is meaningless without it.

The 275 is an oddball size for the s2k no matter if its in an 17" 40 series profile or the 18" 35 series. Unfortunately no one makes a better fit 275/30 option. Overall diameter is too big if maintaining a near stock gear ratio is desired. 285/30/18 or 295/30/18, and the more obscure and discontinued 295/35/17 shown in thread some of us run, is the best overal diameter spec for a wide tire option. These sizes translate to the stock 245-255/40/17.

The fenders once rolled can accommodate 40mm more width in the rear vs the front. So if your trying to maximize the tire width of a stock body you will end up with a staggered fitment. I have performed the necessary stock fender mods to run the widest available rubber front and rear which is a 255/295 stagger.

I personally love the 275/40/17 size. Since I'm turboed I don't mind the longer gears. Plus it fills up the well well nicely.

Here is my car before the fender flares on stock suspension non rolled fenders with 275/40/17 with custom widen stock rims in 17x10.5+67 for the rear. No rubbing.

Still lots of room inside with a 17x10.5+67 and a 275/40/17

They do not make a 17" TE37 KCR BZ Edition wheel. Only 15" and 16" unfortunately.

I can order you a set of TE37V in Bronze 17" though!

Ive ran:

Ze40s - 18x10 +35 all around
Xd9s - 18x10 +38 all around

Both setups with 255/35/18 re760s and -3 camber all around. Front and rear fenders have lips shaved as much as possible without affecting structural integrity. I can load pics when i get to an actual computer.
