Hooters in Rosemont (some of the best Hooters wings in IL)
Is there really a difference in the food, or does the Rosemont locale just have the best.... service.

Actually, from my experience, the service AND the food were better in Rosemont, than in Schaumburg.

I used to work in that area a few years back. That locale ended up being a popular lunch spot for us. The service was more attractive, they were friendlier, and the wings were definitely better than the Schaumburg location.

However, I haven't been there since that locale got in trouble with the law. There was a manager there that found it necessary to drill a hole into the wait-staff's chainging room. He was reportedly eye-ing the girls to make sure they passed some visual inspection.

The joint is still open, so I'm thinking nothing is changed for the worse. The Rosemont location reminds me very much of the Dallas and Arlington Hooters. Dallas and Arlington had great looking girls, great attitudes (no stuck up snobbery), very friendly (touchy-feely), and willing to hand out their numbers to out-of-state visitors.

Sorry...I meant to type "changing".

The thought of peeping into a Hooter's locker room got me hot and bothered.

So it is the service!

I've been to a dozen or so Hooters, and none of them stood apart for having better food. There is a huge amount of variation in the service though.

Seriously, I think the "hot" wings are better at this location, than any other I've had in Illinois area. The second best Hooters location, based solely on the food is the Crystal Lake location.

The CL location has friendly wait-staff....just not as "eye-friendly" as many others.

Maybe you can offer an unbiased opinion. Come on out. It's right off the highway so that you can get here in a quickness, eat, and head right back home.

Round trip with food: 6-7hours. Just right for a Thurs. night meet.

That seems reasonable.
