It's great that the Super Bowl will feature two teams from the midwest, and two teams that have such great coaches and players (no showboatin' trash talking punks).

Glad to see the Bears representing the NFC, but I will of course be cheering for the Colts.

 

I would have liked to see the Saints make it, but the bears did earn this one, with a generous helping from the refs (2 phantom fumbles, a phantom offensive pass interference, etc). Even without the bogus officiating, the Saints kept fockin up and the Bears kept taking advantage.

Benson's rushing was really the difference maker, IMO, even though Jones statistically had a better game. He seemed possessed on every touch. Grossman didn't do a thing, but he had one key stat: 0 INT. The bears coaching staff has figured out how to win with him - don't give him a chance to screw up!

 

Sadly, so will I.

 

Well, I'm still pretty pissed about the LAST time those ####ers made the SB. I don't see it going away anytime soon.
