i think i made bracelets back in junior high when it was cool.

I love cooking. I cooked the family dinner both nites as well as breakfast sunday.

Yup! I love cooking.

so far I can cook dishes in the following categories"

1) Japanese
2) Korean
3) Chinese
4) Mexican
5) Italian
6) French

I don't excel in any of them but I perfer italian and japanese cooking.

i don't even know the names to most of the dishes i make. I try to recreate the stuff i eat at restaurants.

the hardest was indian food. i suck at making it..

last nite... i had miso marinated cod fish plated over organic greens @ Bob San ... man, it was such a RIP. i've made miso marinated grilled salmon.. it was almost as good.. and cost about 1/4 of last nite's plate.... ANYHOW...

this is really beginning to PISS ME OFF:

Well testing waters gets that person feedback while just putting up for sale on ebay or whatever he/she might not. my buddy uses that term all the time.

if you want to eat great salmon, get the individually frozen kind from sams club. its frozen at its optimum time so it doesn't have that fishy smell.

i like salmon on the grill with some herbs. yum!
