Well, with flood control set to 15 secs, 360 Secs in one hour. That's 8640 secs in one day. Divide by 15 and that 576. That would be the maximum number of posts one could post in a single day. So a minimum 4000 posts would take just under 7 days of posting every 15secs for 24 hours a day. Good luck with that.
