They can't just "fire" me. They would have to create a "Personal Improvement Plan." Then I would have 30 days to show improvement, etc.

My boss is on the 15th floor of one building, and I am on the Lower Level of the other building. He never comes down here.

As long as I am getting SOME work done. They will never know.

 

There are benefits that I get that are tied to time. I won't get the benefits for 5 years, and I can't afford to lose them.
