Lowering my car too much rolled my fenders for me. 
I was able to "fix" the passenger side though. I managed to get a whole new drivers side quarter panel as well as the wooden spoon could not save it.

As far as in Chicago, no idea, but I'm sure there are shops out there that'll do it. UMW forum isn't as active as it used to be, plus it's still kinda winter so people are hibernating.

lol, seems every one that did rolling either is inactive or moved now.
Serge is in florida now, the guy who does dent removal no longer does fender rolling

I actually talked to Mikey at ProFunction last week; it sounds like he has been far too busy tuning to focus on much work in the shop, besides major motor builds. You can try asking him, but he is traveling frequently to tune all over the country. Regardless, I highly recommend him. Hopefully he can help you out!
