This is going to be my first try. I think that at this point it's not so much the magnet that's keeping it stuck as some kind of bond that was caused by the ultra cold weather. Hopefully it works!

just got mine washed this morning -- it's still black! Yes! Was beginning to wonder.
I had one of those dog paw magnets on the trunk that just disintegrated when I tried to remove it for the wash; part of it is stuck on and won't come off. Any thoughts on how to remove without damaging paint?
Was out sick yesterday with a super nasty cold; probably should be today as well but mehhhhh.

And then just try to get it off with a microfiber. Then clay bar and wax the wholllllle bisch.
