They're pretty consistent as far as 9/10 oem fitment. The only thing you should have do is a final prep on the surface because the gel-coat will have some imperfections.
I'd go as far to say if the fitment looks off beyond normal adjustment the car's been in an accident
I'd have to agree with you and add one more caveat;

The SS bumpers I've seen that have been "off" were due to being incorrectly installed. I'm willing to bet that HUY was seeing fitment issues right around the headlight area.

If the bumper cover isn't installed correctly over the headlight brackets, then the fitment of the whole bumper cover will be off.

Also as an FYI, from here on out can we keep Mugen part 'discussion' to the following thread?
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=547050

This thread is meant for exploiting S2000 Mugen parts in pictures. Thanks.

as well. It was near the headlight area where the portion meet the fender and around/under the headlight.

^^^^^^^

Guys, I ask that you not whore up the thread with messages like that.

Just PM each other. Last thing I want this Mugenized thread to turn into is the Honda-Tech Mugen thread.

Thanks.

A quick question to the AP2 owners with a 3pc Mugen spoiler. Somewhere I read that the 3rd brakelight had to be swapped with a 01-02 brakelight. Can anyone confirm this? I love the look of the spoiler, and I'm saving up for one at the moment, so I need to know if I need to source a new 3rd brakelight as well.

^Yes, you will need the third brake light from an MY00/01 model, since MY02+ 3rd brake lights have a slightly higher angle. You should try to find someone local with an older ap1 and see if they're willing to swap with you.
