god am i tired today...
worked out for a good hour and a half last night at the gym and unfortunetely im not hurting today...which means my workout wasn't as good as i thought it was.
so i did all that shiat for nothing

I usually start to feel sore by the end of the day after a workout.
thus, any workout is a good workout. as long as you sweat and your heart rate goes up, you have actually done something.
I took my mum for a 8 mile walk on monday a lap around busse woods. The first hour and half my body was sweating crazy, then all of a sudden the sweat started to subside. After taking a shower and some refreshments, i felt soooo clean. it was like being born again!
sorry i meant to but the effort wasn't there... Im still in vacation mode.. haven't really done any work so far this week..lets hope it stays that way for the rest fo the week..
