thats the problem.. i'll pass when they plug in the obd... but when they do the visual inspection i'm going to fail when they see a straight pipe..

berk testpipe is nice. thats what i have... but no tabs for the cat cover..

one of my buddies dad owns a huge shop in alexandria... and they have a license to do emissions/inspections but they just don't have a tech to do it...
